Website support and improvement
We review existing websites, resolve defects, update dependencies and improve functionality through a clear delivery plan.
Discuss your project ↗The business problem
Small defects accumulate: enquiries fail, updates break pages and credentials remain with previous suppliers. Without a baseline and a verification process, each change can put a working website at risk.
Our approach
The initial review covers the repository, hosting, domain, CMS, dependencies, backups and forms. We separate urgent defects from planned improvements. Changes use a staging environment with a rollback procedure agreed in advance.
Technical delivery
Checks cover update compatibility, logs, certificate expiry, enquiry flows and backup restoration. Important journeys become repeatable checks. Monitoring, backup frequency and response times are scoped separately; we do not promise a universal SLA before understanding the system.
Deliverables and estimating
You receive a risk register, a prioritised improvement plan and a record of delivered changes. The cases below demonstrate experience with editorial and corporate systems; ongoing support terms are agreed separately.
