01 / Context

Medical and everyday care scenarios need to be explained without creating a clinical atmosphere

Visitors compare dementia care, post-stroke rehabilitation, care for bedridden people and disability support. Content must provide specifics, maintain a warm tone and lead to a consultation. The main overview is therefore supported by dedicated service and program pages.

Challenge
Explain complex care programs in plain language
Solution
Services, rehabilitation, procedures and lead journeys
02 / Pain Point → Solution

More than pages: clear journeys for different user intentions

01

Segmentation

Separate conditions and needs into dedicated user journeys.

02

Trust

Show the team, care process and day-to-day life at the residence.

03

Conversion

Repeat contact options at key decision points.

04

Mobile Experience

Keep lengthy medical explanations easy to read.

03 / Information Architecture

The user journey is built around a meaningful task

Home→Services→4 services→Programs→4 programs→Procedures→FAQ→Contacts

The architecture was reconstructed from public navigation, internal links and accessible routes.

04 / Core UX

Users move from a loved one's condition to a specific care programme

The service overview helps visitors identify the relevant area. Detailed pages explain care and the expected process, while program pages outline duration and activities. A video introduction builds familiarity, and the shared layout provides forms and direct contact channels.

08 / SEO Audit

Search Baseline and Specific Growth Opportunities

The homepage has a title, description and Open Graph. During the audit, its canonical URL pointed to another domain, zolotye-gody.kz, and the sitemap listed only five URLs despite 15 available internal routes. JSON-LD was also absent. The improvement plan is clear: correct the canonical URL, include all landing pages in the sitemap, and add NursingHome, Service, FAQPage and BreadcrumbList schema.

Medical percentages and claims published on the original website are not treated as proven case study outcomes. The technical audit records only the observable implementation.

09 / Responsive

The Primary Flow Is Preserved on Mobile

Navigation, headings, cards and calls to action are reorganised into a single vertical flow. The mobile screen below is an authentic capture of the original interface at a width of 390 px.

  • Clear hierarchy without horizontal scrolling
  • Large Touch Targets for Primary Actions
  • Progressive Content Loading
  • Keeping the primary CTA accessible in the mobile journey

10 / Technical Review

The Case Study Is Based on the Observable Implementation

01

HTTP and routes

The home page and key internal pages, response statuses and redirects were verified.

02

HTML and metadata

Title, H1, description, canonical, Open Graph and JSON-LD were captured.

03

Frontend stack

The technologies were verified through the names of public scripts, styles and API endpoints.

04

Responsive

Homepage reviewed at 1440 × 1000 and 390 × 844.

05

Content

The information model was validated against navigation, archives and the sitemap.

06

Evidence

Every interface in this case study is an authentic project screenshot with no generated UI.

11 / Result

The Next.js website creates a dedicated search and user journey for each family need. Shared components maintain a consistent tone, while detailed pages explain care options more thoroughly than a single landing page can.

15 internal routes and 4 programmes. The solution can evolve as the content and new user journeys grow.
